By downloading, installing, or using Runfolio, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
License
Runfolio grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on iOS devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple's App Store Terms.
The app is free; there are no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or advertisements.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the race records you enter.
- You are responsible for backing up your data (for example, by keeping iOS backups enabled). Because data lives only on your device, loss of the device or deletion of the app may result in loss of your records.
- You agree not to reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the app except as permitted by applicable law.
Disclaimer
The app is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for training, racing, or medical decisions.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Runfolio and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of your use of the app. Because the app is free, aggregate liability shall not exceed zero dollars (USD 0.00), consistent with the license fee paid.
Third-party terms
Your use of the app on an iOS device is also subject to Apple's App Store Terms and Conditions.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [TBD jurisdiction — to be confirmed before launch], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. When we do, we will update the Effective Date at the top and publish the new version at this URL. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance.
